Program and optional enrollment
Live Takeoff LLC offers optional text messages about the LiveTakeoff account and jobs you participate in, such as assignment/status updates, coordination questions, schedule changes, and requests for service information or photos. Messages may be sent using automated technology. The actual enrollment disclosure identifies the program and number being enrolled.
You choose whether to enroll. Providing a telephone number, applying as a vendor, creating an account, or accepting the general terms is not by itself enrollment in recurring SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a service or submitting a vendor application. You confirm that you are authorized to enroll the number and will tell us if it changes or is reassigned. This program does not enroll you in unrelated marketing texts; any marketing program requires its own appropriate disclosures and consent.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your jobs, account activity, and conversations. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. We do not promise a fixed maximum number unless the registered program and operational configuration establish one. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable, so SMS must not be used as the sole channel for urgent safety or time-critical operational decisions.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out of this SMS program. Other supported opt-out requests will be handled as required by applicable law and provider rules. You may also contact support@livetakeoff.com or +1 855-500-0538 for help or to withdraw consent.
We may send one permitted nonmarketing confirmation of the opt-out. We will not resume messages covered by your withdrawal unless you validly enroll again. Stopping SMS does not cancel a confirmed job, close your account, or erase a payment obligation; use the relevant workflow for those actions. Necessary communications may continue through an available lawful channel that you have not opted out of.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the support details above. If a number cannot accept replies, enrollment and messages must provide an effective alternative opt-out method before that channel is used.
Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains how LiveTakeoff handles information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Messaging service providers may process that information as needed to deliver the program, subject to appropriate restrictions. Consent and withdrawal records are kept to honor your choices and applicable legal requirements.
