CONNECTED FLIGHT OPERATIONS

Aircraft care inside the flight workflow.

LiveTakeoff connects detailing coordination to the systems flight departments already use, so trip information, service requests, and status can stay together.

FLIGHT-AWARE COORDINATION

Confirm the arrival before dispatch.

FlightAware flight information helps LiveTakeoff check whether an aircraft has reached the airport where cleaning will take place. Our coordinators can hold team dispatch until arrival is confirmed, reducing unnecessary trips and potential cancellation fees.

Schedule changes and other flight updates can also help coordinators notify the detailing team and adjust the service plan. The example shown here is illustrative; actual alerts and setup depend on the customer workflow.

What travels with the request?

Aircraft, airport, arrival and departure information, service selection, instructions, and photos give coordinators the context to arrange the work. Messages and service status remain connected to the request.
